Hal K. Cain, President, holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from The Citadel, and a M.S. degree in Civil Engineering (Construction Management) from the University of Illinois. He is also a licensed professional engineer in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida and South Carolina with over thirty years of experience. Cain and Associates has design and field engineers for all engineering disciplines. Cain and Associates offers a full range of Engineering and Construction Management Services, both on new construction, plant additions, modifications, and fast track shutdowns.

Cain and Associates holds Engineering and Contractor's Licenses in Alabama and Louisiana.
